The project management for instructional design portion of the certificate is a separate project from the rest of the course. In this portion, we had a case study where we had to improve a companies training and attempt to fix other HR problems along the way!
We named this Project Playbook and created our PM process combining all our project documents into one piece. This was a team effort, I was nomitated as my team's project manager and I believe we had a great experience. I redacted all the names, including the case study ones to be safe.
